Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses stay in your name and on your bill.
Hardware
New computers, network equipment and anything else you buy. We advise on what to get.
On-site visits

Projects
An office move, a new setup or a server migration is quoted in writing before it starts.

About our pricing
What does managed IT cost for a small professional firm?
With us, between $74 and $234 per person per month depending on the plan. A ten-person firm pays $740 a month on Essentials, $1,490 on Business or $2,340 on Secure.
Why do you publish your prices?
Because most firms have nothing to compare a quote with. Seeing the number first lets you decide whether a conversation is worth your time.
Is there a minimum size?
Our plans start at five people. Above fifty, we tailor the plan with you.
Who counts as a user?
Each member of staff who has a work account and a computer we look after.
Which plan do you recommend?
Business, for most firms. It adds the protections aimed at people and accounts, which is where most attacks on professional firms begin.
