What PS ProTech collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.

This policy covers psprotech.com. It explains what information we collect when you visit the site or send us an enquiry, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to reach us about it.
Information you give us
The site has several forms: the contact bar on the home page, the free IT and cybersecurity review request, the contact page, the plan request in the plan builder, and the short form in front of each free resource. Depending on the form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business or firm name
- Your work email address and phone number
- The number of people at your business
- Any message you write to us
- The plan, extras and monthly estimate you selected in the plan builder
Please don't put confidential client information, passwords or financial account details into these forms.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site. It also records when a form is submitted and which form it was. It does not receive what you typed into the form.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request, including your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule a review or call
- To prepare a plan or proposal you asked for
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- To keep the site secure and working
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the enquiries you submit
- Google, which provides the analytics described above
- Authorities or other parties where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights or the security of the site
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Use the contact details below.
- You can stop Google Analytics from recording your visits by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to submitted enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Information we handle for clients
This policy covers this website only. Information we handle while providing IT and security services to a client is governed by our agreement with that client.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
